Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 11:36 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 800 block Lydia Drive, Warsaw. Brenda M. Golden reported loosing her Indiana identification card.
• 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 100 block Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Warsaw Community Schools reported a battery and delinquent act by a juvenile.
