Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 9:43 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 3200 block Old Colony Road, Warsaw. Cindy D. Guechi reported a battery.
• 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 1500 block Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. James Paul Bowles reported items stolen from his property. Items stolen were: two baseball bats, a coffee table, a cabinet and a bakers rack. Value: $430.
• 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 400 block Westcreek Drive, Warsaw. Dawn M. Ransbottom reported the theft of a ring and a necklace from her car. Value: $200.
