Dec. 7

• Justin Lee Williams, 27, 2441 W CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested on a body attachment warrant. Bond: $400 cash.
• Cherish Renee Heckaman, 30, 3069 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing schedule I, II, III controlled substance. Bond: $10,000 surety.
• Ty Michael Sims, 19, 9732 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300 cash.
• Zachary Tyler Dustin, 24, 2584 Pine Cone Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $1,000 surety.

Dec. 6

• Christina Joy Kreider, 44, 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for disorderly conduct — fight. Bond: $350 cash.
• Chrissy Rennee Hollon, 32, 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for disorderly conduct — fight Bond: $350 cash.
• Hailee Lynn Blackburn, 21, 1048 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450 cash.
• Frank Thomas Rocha, 34, 301 N. Main Street, Milford, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical test. Prosecutor’s hold.
• Matthew Charles Nelson, 19, 4211 Roseview Road, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600 cash.
• Alyssa Nichole Gross, 30, 606 E. Steele Drive, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000 surety.
• Rita Ann Allen, 45, 66 EMS B6Lane, Leesburg, arrested for resisting law enforcement with force or deadly weapon, vehicle or injury Bond: $10,000 surety.
• Katrina Kaye Hager, 36, 3762 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant from another agency. No bond.
• Shane Andrew Timmons, 27, 677 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, strangulation, domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and aggravated battery. Bond: $750 cash on failure to appear, $10,000 surety on other charges.
• Derrick Scott Gasaway 23, 4334 E. CR 725S, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation $10,000 surety.

• Lara Jean Popenfoose, 37, 314 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior, Bond: $300 cash.
• Juan Carlos Ramirez-Rosas, 25, 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal or greater than .15, OWI and operator never licensed. Bond: $550 cash.
