The Kosciusko Community YMCA will be hosting its annual Frigid 5K Road Race on New Year’s Day. Runners will start the race at the Parkview Warsaw YMCA, with a new course this year. This event is a great way to start the new year.

Race day registration, packet pickup and warm-ups will be inside the YMCA starting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1.

The race will start at 1 p.m. Age group awards will be given out at the awards ceremony following the race. Chili will also be served.

Stop by the YMCA on Mariners Drive in Warsaw or on Main Street in North Webster to register.
