GOSHEN – It was a rough night on the court for the Lakeland Christian girls basketball team. The Lady Cougars dropped a contest at Bethany Christian Monday night 42-29. Rachel Sand led LCA with 12 points.

The loss is the eighth straight loss to Bethany Christian for for LCA. Sand was 6-15 from the floor and also pulled down three rebounds. Ashley Ornsby led the team with five rebounds. Melissa Goss added another five points for the Cougars.

LCA (1-4) will play at Jimtown next Friday (12/5) with tip coming at 7:30 p.m.
