UPDATE: As of 11:15 a.m., power has been restored to the area.

An accident around 10:15 a.m. at CR 300N and CR 100E, has caused a power outage not only in the Canterbury Apartments area but a wide spread area.

According to a reader, REMC has stated the power will be restored in approximately one hour.
