A groundbreaking ceremony and reception for Heron Corporate Housing will take place at 2 p.m today, 1101 Heron Blvd, Warsaw.

The development plans to provide “Warsaw’s premiere short-term furnished apartments.” One and two bedroom units will be available, and there will be an on-site fitness center. Additionally, all utilities are paid.

The location is behind the Kohl’s Department Store.
