Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

12:58 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, EMS C24 Lane and EMS C24D Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Vanessa R.Holloway, 40, EMS T32 Lane, Leesburg. Deer hit. $2,500.

1:22 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg. Driver: Ashley M. Martin, 31, EMS T36 Lane, Leesburg. Martin went off the road, through the yard at Darren Baier residence, struck landscaping rocks, the corner of the house, a flag pole, two trucks and NIPSCO guide wire. She was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Damage up to $25,000.

5:26 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, North SR 15 and West 600N, Leesburg, Driver: Kristen L. O’dell 32, North Ninth st., Goshen. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.

11:52 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, West Crystal Lake Road, east of West Snyder Road, Warsaw. Driver: John A. Gunnett, 32, West Blaine Avenue, Elkhart. Gunnett suffered minor bleeding to the face. He was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Gunnett’s vehicle went off the road, struck a mailbox, an earth embankment causing the vehicle to roll over and landing on its wheels. Damage up to $10,000.

10:15 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, West US 30, east of North 800W, Warsaw. Driver: Jessica I. Hale, 44, 52nd Street, Kenosha, Wisc. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

1:38 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, South SR 25 and West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: Paul D. Halyaman, 63, P.O. Box, Winona Lake. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.

4:36 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, West US 30, east of North 875W, Etna Green. Driver: Vernon R. Sauer, 47, Riley Road, Lakeville. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

4 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, East US 30, east of East CR 200S, Pierceton. Driver: Edward J. Hartman, 46, West King Street, Garrett. Hit deer. Damage up to $10,000.

3:05 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, West CR 200S west of Falcon Drive. Driver: Ashley N. Johnson, 31, East CR 225S, Warsaw. Johnson’s vehicle went off the road, hit mailboxes owned by Jonathan D. Smith and Bobby R. Vickers, a barbed wire fence and through a field owned by Everett Vance. Damage up to $2,500.

9:05 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, West CR 700S, west of South Beaver Dam Road, Claypool. Driver: David P. Lash, 26, West 600S, Mentone. Lash had just driven a grain truck out of a field, was looking in his mirror at a vehicle approaching from behind at a high rate of speed, going off the road and tipping over, spilling corn. Damage under $750.

5:47 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, East McKenna Road, west of EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Ericka E. Haynes, 32, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.

5:08 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Gail A. Shively, 53, West Maple Lane, Claypool and Billie J. Houtz, 44, West Catalpa Lane, Warsaw. Shively was backing and failed to see the Houtz vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

7:24 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, South SR 13 north of East 600S. Drivers: Michael D. Shenefield, 59, East Ninth Street, North Manchester and Sandra S. Weaver, 58, EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg. Weaver complained of pain to the neck. Shenefield was passing the Weaver vehicle when saw oncoming traffic and attempted get back behind the Weaver vehicle, when his vehicle struck the back of Weaver’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

4:54 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, West CR 700S, west of South CR 500W, Claypool. Driver: Russell E. Zimpelman, 46, west 500S, Mentone, Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:19 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: Andrea K. Hagan, 25, East Nelson Drive, Milford, and Julianne Runnells, 51, North Superior Avenue, Warsaw. Hagan was backing her vehicle from a parking space and struck Runnells vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.

2:46 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver: Robin M. DeGroff, 59, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw. DeGroff was backing from parking space, hitting a light support. Damage up to $1,000.

7:42 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, North Detroit Street and Plaza Drive. Driver: Stephen S. Stachowski, 38, East Haiden Drive, Syracuse. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.
