• Sunday, May 13, 12:34 p.m. CR 350 S., Warsaw. Driver: Ryan L. Yocum, 23, 7054 E. 200 S., Pierceton. Driver swerved to miss a deer and drove off of the road causing the vehicle to roll several times. Driver was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damages up to $5,000

• Tuesday, May 8, 2:30 a.m. U.S. 30 E. and Arnolt Dr., Pierceton. Driver: Jonathan A. Gaff, 32, 1180 N. Penny Dr., Warsaw. Driver struck a deer. Damages up to $2,500
Incidents
• Christopher Faulkner of Warsaw was arrested May 6 for criminal trespassing and public intoxication when an officer was called to an Atwood home. A woman at the Atwood residence reported the man was trespassing.
• Authorities were called to 8191 E. Cassandra Dr., Syracuse, on May 6 where a man reportedly went to the home and woke up the home owner. When the home owner opened the front door, Jeremy Heitkamp pumped a shot gun and walked around the side of the residence. Heitkamp was located passed out in an outside lawn chair.
• Gilverto Valerio Nava of Warsaw reported the theft of a debit card. The theft apparently occurred on April 12 but the incident was reported on May 14.
• Robert Haller of Syracuse reported to police on May 14 that several days earlier someone had placed roofing nails in his driveway.
• Junior Young of Warsaw told police on May 14 that he believes his neighbor is using some kind of device to created noise on his phone line.
• Rhonda Hackworth of Warsaw reported on May 14 that on May 1 her debit card had been stolen from her residence.
• On May 14, a man reported that his step-son had turned over several items to him. The man asked police to search the home for any other items. Police located paraphernalia and arrested the suspect who was already on probation.
• Police were called to 5875 S. West Channel Rd., in Warsaw where a 46-year-old man had committed suicide.
• Justin Graff of Leesburg was reportedly trying to jump start a tractor at Worthington Ag Parts in Leesburg on May 14 when the tractor rolled forward and ran over him.
