At approximately 3:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, emergency personnel were called to the intersection of SR 25 and Shilling Road near Mentone for a single-vehicle automobile accident.

The driver was southbound on SR 25 and exited the roadway near the intersection, coming to a rest in a wooded area southwest of the intersection. The driver was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for injuries.
