• Michael Andrew Suever, 53, 715 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 to .15. Bond: $500 cash.
• Richard Lee Hardwick III, 25, 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $6,000 surety
• William Arthur Weedling, 51, 2535 N. Michigan St., Plymouth, arrested for battery on an EMT, $2,000 surety.
