Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 12:07 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw, Dawn M. Klinger reported unauthorized use of her debit card.
• 8:43 a.m. Monday, Nov. 3, 4400 block South Mallard Road, Mentone. April R. Meade, filed a report of battery.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 2:07 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, 200 block South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. An individual with Rex’s Rendezvous, reported the theft of $95.11 of alcohol.
