Jennifer McGuire, 47, Albion, the former county auditor of Whitley County, was arrested for allegedly using county money for unapproved personal use.

On Monday, McGuire was booked at the Whitley County Jail on official misconduct and 2 charges of theft. She is currently awaiting court on a $30,000 bond.

McGuire was elected to the office of Whitley County auditor in 2010, but resigned in August.
