Local chambers of commerce are hosting upcoming workshops for business owners and managers to learn about a new smoking ban law and how it will affect business.

The first workshop will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, June 4, and be hosted by the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce. It will take place
in Celebration Hall at the Syracuse Community Center.

The second workshop will be at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, at the Health Services Pavilion, 1515 Provident Dr., Warsaw. There will be juice and coffee and light breakfast snacks served.

Local businesses are invited by both chambers to come and learn about a new smoking ban law and what it will mean for them.

Businesses do not have to be chamber members to take part in the workshops.
