Kosciusko County Health Department Immunization Clinic will hold evening clinic from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. the first Monday of each month.

This is a change from previous clinic times. The next clinic will be Monday Nov. 3.

Regular clinic hours are 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The clinic is located at 1515 Provident Dr. Warsaw.
