Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 3:02 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 5000 block West CR 400N, Warsaw. Davnie Boyer reported a physical altercation on Oct. 25.
• 3:04 a.m. Tuesday, Oct 28, 800 block South Arbor Vista Drive, North Webster. Dave S. May reported a dog bite.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 8:01 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, North Main Street. A male subject was observed taking a Halloween decoration from the North Webster Church of God property. Subject left in a dark, Ford pick-up truck. NWPD officer located and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The stolen decoration was recovered and returned. Theft charges are being requested from the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s office.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 4:56 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 100 block South Scott Street, Warsaw. Seth Andrew Laughner reported two mopeds stolen over night.
