Wawasee High School’s FFA soils judging team of Mason Germonprez, Jared Templin, Kevin Schlipf and Conner Sausaman placed third at the state soils contest during the weekend in Corydon.

Placing third out of nearly 50 teams qualified the team to compete in the national contest to be held in Oklahoma City in May 2015. Germonprez was the seventh highest individual of the day.
