American Legion Post 253 in North Webster is having a costume Halloween party on Friday, Oct. 31. Entertainment will be offered by Gunslinger starting at 9 p.m..

There is no cover charge and it is open to the Public. On Saturday, Nov. 1, they will have their 18th annual Chili Cook-off.

There will also be a kids costume contest from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. which is also open to the public. Awards will be given for best chili and for best costumes.
