• Tuesday, May 1, 3:29 p.m. at CR 550 South and CR 200 West, Warsaw. Driver 1: Don Zolman, 63, Zolman Farms Inc., 1406 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Driver 2: Anita A. Phelps, 48, 27 W. Stump St., Williamsport, Ind. Zolman reportedly drove too far into an intersection to make a right turn. When he backed the truck he collided with Phelps’ vehicle. Damages: up to $5,000

• Tuesday, May 1, 8 a.m. at CR 600 South and Old Rd. 30, Leesburg. Driver 1: Tracy L. Rippy, 49, 430 Clark St., Plymouth. Second vehicle: Norfolk Southern train. Rippy disregarded a stop sign and was struck by a northbound train. Damages: up to $50,000
