AKRON- The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School football teams picked up a pair of big wins over Wabash Tuesday.

Jaydin Conley had five touchdowns as the 7th grade posted a 36-19 victory. Conley accounted for 246 yards of total offense for the winners.

Jace Potter had 91 yards of offense for Valley in the win.

Wes Melanson rushed for 159 yards and a touchdown as the Valley 8th grade team won 46-6.

Noah Miller had a rushing touchdown, a passing touchdown and 57 yards rushing. Chevy Teeter, Cam Parker, Josh Ebey and Alex Bell  each had a touchdown.

The Valley 7th grade A volleyball team defeated Warsaw Lakeview 25-17. 25-22.

Ally Betten led the winners with eight aces and three kills. Makenzie Woodcox had two aces and a kill, Aleah Cole two kills and an ace and Aleah Miller an ace and a kill. Caleigh Byrer had four assists and an ace, Emily Murphy three assists and Kaitlyn Lewis played great defense for Valley.

The Valley 7th grade B team lost to Lakeview 25-10. Alvia Taylor had an ace and a kill.

The Valley 8th grade A team lost to Lakeview 25-16, 25-17.  Shayleigh Shriver had two aces, file Anna Walters had three assists and an ace and Sydney Howard four assists. Morgan Olivarez had four assis, Sophie Bussard a kill and three blocks and Hannah Durkes two kills.

The Valley 8th grade B team lost to Lakeview 25-10. Sarah Myers and Makenna Bradley each had an ace and Rachael Randall a kill.
