Whitko Sports LogoThe Whitko volleyball team racked up a dominating win over Hamilton Thursday evening.

The Wildcats topped their guests 25-6,  25-13, 25-12 in action in South Whitley.

Maddie Gawthrop smacked down 10 kills to pace the winners.

Tressa Keim led the defense with 18 digs and Elaine Warner had 30 assists and four aces for the Wildcats.

JV Football Team Loses

The Whitko junior varsity football team lost a 20-6 decision to Northfield.

Boys Soccer Blanked

The Whitko boys soccer team lost a 5-0 decision at conference foe Rochester.

Whitko goalie Jacob Helton had 26 saves in the match.

Tennis Team Victorious

The Whitko boys tennis team rolled to a 5-0 conference win over Wabash on Wednesday night.

The Wildcats won at all five positions in straight sets.

Winning in singles action were Cole Bechtold, Bailey Platt and Austin Nettrouer at one, two and three respectively.

The Wildcats took both doubles matches as Alex Bechtold and Alex Robbins won at No. 1 and Nick Rose and Jared Arnold won at No. 2.
