SOUTH WHITLEY – Visiting Heritage used a strong first half en route to defeating Whitko 4-1 in prep boys’ soccer action Wednesday night.

Heritage took a 3-0 halftime lead in the contest.

Senior Daniel Kirkham scored the second-half goal for the Wildcats.

Whitko goalie Jacob Helton came up with 14 saves for the hosts.

Whitko, now 1-5, will host Mississinewa on Saturday at noon.
