Tressa Keim had a big night in helping her Whitko volleyball team post a 3-1 win over host Manchester Thursday night.

Keim had 34 digs as the Wildcats won the Three Rivers Conference match 25-19, 21-25, 25-23, 25-16.

Senior Keim also led the winners with three service aces.

Senior Maddie Gawthrop powered down 17 kills for Whitko in the league win.

Senior setter Elaine Warner came up big for the winners with 37 assists.

Manchester won the JV match 25-14, 25-19.

Whitko, now 2-1 overall and 1-0 in the TRC, will play at Westview on Saturday.

Bishop Leads Golfers  

April Bishop led the Whitko girls golf team to third in a four-team meet Thursday.

Bishop shot a 48 as the Wildcats shot 234 as a team.

Manchester won the match with a team total of 194. North Miami shot 211 and Tippecanoe Valley 239.

Elizabeth Gensch had a 52 for Whitko.

The Wildcats will host Manchester and West Noble on Tuesday.
