The Warsaw girls track team turned in another impressive showing to win the 88th Kokomo Relays Saturday.

Ashley Erba highlighted the day with a meet and school record in winning the 3,200 in 10:45.18. Erba also ran on the winning medley relay team.

The Tigers won all six relay races and two individual events to claim the team championship for the sixth time in the last seven years and the seventh time overall. WCHS piled up 158.5 points, the second highest total in meet history.

Erba, the cross country state champion last fall, earned the Walter Cross Outstanding Female Athlete honor for the Relays.

The Tigers set meet records in the shuttle hurdle relay as Claire Hickerson, Brittney Rhodes, Elise White and Jackie Ferguson won in 1:06.75. Warsaw also set a new meet standard as Mariah Harter, Vicki Harris, Megan Kratzsch and Nicole Eckert won the 9th grade sprint relay in 3:00.85.

Ann Harvuot won the 100 in a time of 12.82 for the Tigers and also ran on two of the winning relay teams.

Warsaw looks to complete an undefeated regular season and conference slate with an NLC meet versus Concord and Elkhart Memorial at Memorial Tuesday (May 1) at 5 p.m.
