NEW PARIS – The 13th annual running of the Summer Sizzler 100 is set for Aug. 7 at the New Paris Speedway.

The law model invitational, which attracts top drivers from around the Midwest, will pay out $20,000 to the winner.

There will also be a $1,000 to-win sportsman race and a $1,000 fastest lay award payout from the hot-lap competition, qualifying and the Sizzler.

Gates open at the Speedway at noon on Aug. 7 with hot laps until 2 p.m. Qualifying is set for 5 p.m. with racing at 7 and the Sizzler at approximately 9.
