The 2012 Idol Nite for Kosciusko County Cancer Care is now in the record books

Tiffany Sheetz was chosen as the People’s Choice receiving the most monetary votes and earning the $1,000 cash prize.

The Judge’s Choice went to  Romy Reich. Meredith Phipps was the Future Idol Top Fundraiser for the evening. Total figures are still being tabulated.

Approximately 450 individuals attended the annual event at the Wagon Wheel Theatre in Warsaw to hear 10 Idol Nite Contestants and four future idols. All proceeds from the event go to the Kosicusko County Cancer Care Fund to ease the burden of paying living expenses while local patients are going through cancer treatment. Each dollar contributed lessened the load on the shoulders of local families caring for cancer patients.

Online voting through Visa, MasterCard and even Paypal will continue through Friday and can be accessed through www.k21foundation.org.

Judges for the evening were Greg “Even Better than Simon” Horton, Katie “JLo Look out” Kubacki, and Josh “Steven Tyler in the making” Elam.
