1:43 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, South Main Street. Caroline S. Williams, East Madison Street, was the driver of a vehicle that collided with a NIPSCO pole in the alley exiting the New Market parking lot. No further information given.

6:40 a.m.  Wednesday, July 23. SR 13. Ryan J. Meggar, East Backwater Road, was the driver of a vehicle that collided with a deer. No further information given.

5:20 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, Main Street. Milton Null Jr. EMS B 38 Lane, Leesburg, was the driver of a vehicle that collided with a building and then another vehicle. No further information given.

• 12:27 p.m. Tuesday, July 22. North Main Street. Circle K reported a drive off theft of fuel in the amount of $29.99.
