• Accident – Monday, April 16, 4:01 p.m. Palm Drive and SR 13. Drivers: Nathan O. Harlan, 35, North Grant Street, Warsaw, and Connie L. Johnson, 69, East Pickwick Road, Syracuse. Harlan had stopped his vehicle behind Johnson’s vehicle, looked away, thought Johnson had started to proceed forward when she had not, hitting the back of her vehicle. Damage estimated under $1,001.
• Arrest – Monday, 12:43 a.m. Robert King Jr., 34, East CR 800N, North Webster, charged with theft. Authorities were notified of scrap metal being stolen from Wawasee High School. Bond: $2,000.
