Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department

• KCSD deputies impounded a vehicle driven by Drew Phares of Goshen after Phares was identified as the driver in a hit and run accident on SR 13, just south of CR 1000 North, Syracuse. Phares told police he fled due to having no insurance.
• A Milford man was reportedly riding a mo-ped and swerving all over SR 13 north of CR 850 North, Syracuse. Officers responded and indicated an OWI arrest was made.
• Officers investigated a Cromwell woman’s complaint that a restraining order that had allegedly been violated.
