Contestants are being sought for the 2014 Miss Triton Summerfest Pageant, to be held at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 8, at the park pavilion in Bourbon.

The pageant is open to girls ages 6-16. They must be full-time residents of the Triton school district. Registration will be at 7:30 p.m. July 21, at the park. To register early, call Kathryn Chapman-Dreibelbis at 574-342-0389. The first practice will be at 7:30 p.m. July 28.

All pageant winners dating back to 1986 are invited to attend the pageant Aug. 8, when they will be recognized.

Triton Community Summerfest is Aug. 9-10.
