Perry Ray RogersPerry Ray Rogers, 69, of Warsaw, passed away at 3:27 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014, in his residence.

On Sept. 11, 1945, he was born in Floyd County, Ky., to Hatler and Edna (Parsons) Rogers. He was united in marriage to Wonda Lou Hamilton in Warsaw, on Jan. 30, 1967.

He worked for Dalton Foundry for 33 years.

He is survived by his wife; Wonda Rogers; one son: Rick (Melinda) Rogers, Warsaw; one daughter: Candi (Chuck) Kintzel, Warsaw; five grandchildren: R. J. (Chrissy) Rogers; Jessica Kintzel; Byran (Kayla P.) Rogers; Kayla Rogers and Bruce Lee Kintzel; one brother: Willard Rogers, Kentucky; four sisters: Alice Fay ‘B.I.’ Hall, Kentucky; Ruby Shell, Kentucky; Emma Jean Hall, Kentucky; and Linda K. Hall, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother; two brothers; two sisters: Willa M. ‘Sissi’ Rogers; Willie Gene ‘Bud’ Rogers; Roy Rogers; Avanell Rogers.

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, in the funeral chapel with Pastor Terry Bradford officiating. Burial will be held in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
