Shirley M. Finlay, 88, of Warsaw, passed away at 12:12 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, Mason Health Care and Rehab, Warsaw.
She was born on Aug. 25, 1926, in Long Branch, N.J., to William Finlay and May Elizabeth (Presley) Finlay. She was a 1944 graduate from Long Branch High School, Long Branch, N.J. She was a Warsaw area resident for the past 30 years from New Jersey.
She worked in the production line at P.S. Products for 20 years. Shirley volunteered for the Red Cross Disaster Team and was part of the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughter: Karen (Gary) Hill, Warsaw; son: Richard Alm, Dallas, Texas; grandson: Darrin Heinzman, Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Phyllis Kelley.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at the funeral home. Pastor Bob Jarboe of Kosciusko County Home Care and Hospice will officiate.
