Wanda J. Dull, 73, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away at 3:02 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at I.U. Goshen Hospital in Goshen, Ind.
She was born on Feb. 10, 1941, in Haywood, W.Va., to Junior Lee and Bernice (Wilkerson) Miller.
She graduated from Mishawaka High School and was married on Feb. 24, 1990, in Syracuse to Larry D. Dull who survives. She retired from Dana Corporation in Syracuse after 29 years of service and was formerly a licensed beautician. She moved to Syracuse in 1984 from Hicksville, Ohio and was a member of the Vineyard Community Church in Syracuse.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters: Denice Calhoun, Eureka, Mont.; Bonnie (Darin) Emerson, Hicksville, Ohio; son: Robert Hootman, Westville, Ind.; stepdaughter: Amy (Kyle) Hill, North Webster, Ind.; stepson: Troy (Ina) Dull, Elkhart; three grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several step great-grandchildren; and a sister: Sandra (George) Weimer, Port Charlotte, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 30, in the funeral home with Pastor Kent Butcher of the church officiating. Burial will follow in the Syracuse Cemetery.
