Clarence H. ‘Bimbo’ Atkins, Jr., 52, 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at his residence.

He was born May 31, 1962, in Bremen, to Clarence H. Atkins, Sr. and Erma (Peters) Atkins. He was a 1980 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. He lived in Kosciusko County area all his life.

He worked as a supervisor at R-Vision. He served on the Young Tiger Football board and started sprint-car racing at the age of 16. He was an avid Colts fan.

He is survived by his son: Austin Atkins, Warsaw; daughter: Alyssa Atkins, Warsaw; two step-sons: Jacob Bradford, Warsaw; Zach Bradford, Warsaw; granddaughter: Jayden Atkins, Warsaw; mother: Erma Atkins, Warsaw; four sisters: Sandy Atkins, Warsaw; Sheila (Greg) Anderson, Bourbon; Renee Atkins, Bourbon; Sheri (Matt) Rapp, Claypool; brother: Kevin (Krista) Atkins, Warsaw.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19,  at TItus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at Titus Funeral home, Warsaw. Pastor Rob Ruberg, Riverview Community Church, Tippecanoe, will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
