Sandra KimesSandra K. Kimes, 75, passed away at 2:05 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 2014, at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City.

She was born on May 27, 1939, in Atwood, to Walter Seitner and Ruby (Reed) Seitner. She was a 1957 graduate of Warsaw High School. On Oct. 18, 1964, she was married to Dallas L. Kimes in Warsaw.

She was a lifetime Kosciusko County resident. She worked as a secretary at Zimmer, spent several years working at the Flag Pole and worked at Jet White Grocery. She was a member of First Brethren Church, Warsaw.

She is survived by two daughters: Alycee (Cameron) Kissinger, North Manchester; Patrice (Chris Patrick, companion) Hygema, Warsaw; son: Eric (Kara) Kimes, Warsaw; four grandchildren: Ancil Hygema, Warsaw; Gabriell Hygema, Warsaw; Jaxon Kimes, Warsaw; Kenzi Kimes, Warsaw; three step-grandchildren: Joshua Kissinger, Fort Carson, Colo.; Kaleigh Kissinger, Fort Carson; Jeanell Kissinger, Fort Wayne; and two sisters: Iris Nuell, Warsaw; and Martha (Pete) Wuchter, Warsaw.

She was preceded in death by her husband; and a brother: Carl ‘Ira’ Seitner.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at the funeral home. Pastor Jamy Gregory of Warsaw Community Church will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
