Residents near North Webster will hear the town’s severe weather siren activated Saturday.

North Webster Fire Chief Jeremy Likens stated a test of the system will be conducted at noon Saturday, weather permitting. “If there is any chance of severe weather, we will not do the test.”

Normally held the first Saturday of the month, the additional test is to make sure the system is working appropriately.
