Katherine H. White, 95, formerly of North Webster, passed away on Nov. 27, 2014, in Scottsdale, Ariz.

She was born on Feb. 2, 1919, in North Webster, to Stanley and Mabel (Baugher) Warner.  On Nov. 23, 1938, she married Carl E. White. He preceded her in death.

Carl and Katharine owned and operated Service Soft water company in North Webster for many years.  Katharine also worked for the M&M Restaurant dating back to her teen years. Katharine was a member of the North Webster American Legion where she served one term as president of the Ladies Auxiliary. Katherine’s family still owns the family farm known as the Mid-Lake Farms established in 1837.

She is survived by her son: Richard White, Arizona; granddaughter: Tylar (White) Hanley; grandson: Mark White; niece: Alice (Warner) Conway; three great-grandchildren: Max, Miles and Tesa.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Carl; son: Thomas; and brother: Thomas K. Warner III.

There will be a graveside service at the North Webster cemetery at a later date.
