Grace College, Winona Lake and Renaissance Executive Forums, La Jolla, Calif., announce the formation of a CEO peer advisory group to provide support, insights, and help to a limited number of CEO’s and presidents of growing companies in Kosciusko, Fulton, Wabash, Whitley and Marshall Counties.

The forum, which meets on the second Thursday each month in Grace College’s Westminster Hall brings together the top executives from non-competing companies of similar size, into an advisory board process through which leaders gain fresh ideas and new insights. This is an organization whose focus is the “top executive”. Its extensive programs are designed to help Chief Executives get from where they are now to where they want to be, both personally and professionally.

Renaissance Executive Forums brings together the top executives from non-competing companies of similar size, into an advisory board process through which thousands of leaders worldwide gain fresh ideas and new insights. Membership in Renaissance Executive Forums is by invitation only. Each member is selected based on company demographics, personal and professional merit and potential for contribution to other Forum members. Business owners, presidents and CEOs join Renaissance Executive Forums to gain advice, support and insight from members who have faced the same challenges they face now.

The Grace College Forum is led by Jerry Hogan, who has over 14 years experience facilitating small groups in leadership development and success strategies. A graduate of the Edward Lowe Foundation Peerspectives Roundtable System, Jerry brings to the group both the ability to lead effective discussion, and the perspective of a business owner himself.

Hogan stated, “Executive Forums is an exciting opportunity for our communities, for Grace, and for myself. The top-notch CEOs, presidents and business owners who have attended our meetings are proof of the high level of business acumen as well as the serving spirit of our communities. I’m honored to be a part of this partnership of  Grace College and Renaissance Executive Forums. I strongly urge any top executive who wishes to profitably grow their company and to give back to others to check this out.”
