Peter T. Holtz, 75, of Warsaw, passed away at 12:36 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

He was born on June 18, 1939, to Edward Lest and Mary Lowden (Turner) Holtz, in Alameda, Calif.

He worked for R.R. Donnelley as an accountant executive for many years. He left Warsaw area living in many other states, returning to Warsaw where he resided the last 20 years.

He is survived by his son, Scott Holtz, Skokie, Ill.; a sister, Gretchen Wagner; one grandson; his companion Dorothy “Dottie” Eads, Plymouth.

A celebration of his life is planned for 3 p.m. Jan. 25, 2015. The location is pending.
