Thomas Allen Davis, 63, passed away at 7:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, in IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born on Jan. 7, 1951, in Warsaw, on Jan. 7, 1951, to Calvin Eugene Davis, Sr. and Betty Louise (Biltz) Davis. He was married to Tammie Duty on Feb. 20, 1987, in Nappanee. He was a graduate of Pierceton High School, Pierceton. served in Vietnam as a US Navy Seabee
He lived his lifetime in Kosciusko County. Thomas retired in 2006 as a machinist from Zimmer and worked as a pastor at Church of Jesus Christ for 15 years. He was a member of Warsaw American Legion #49 and Church of Jesus Christ; was also an organ donor and recipient.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters: Brittanie Lavonne Davis, Warsaw; Celina (Adam) Hayslett, Warsaw; granddaughter: Nicole Hayslett, at home; four brothers: Calvin (Becky) Davis, Jr., Pierceton; Ken Davis, Pierceton; Dan (Cheryl) Davis, Warsaw; Terry Davis, Warsaw; two sisters: Marjean (Bryan) McClarnon; Tammy Davis (partner) Joni Haffner, Pierceton.
He was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Stan Davis; and Larry Davis.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the funeral home. Rev. Gary Paxton, Church of Jesus Christ, Warsaw. Burial will be held in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton. Military graveside services will be performed by the Warsaw American Legion #49 and VFW #1126.
