Haven Lynn Harreld, newborn daughter of Jessica N. (Hopper) and Jason L. Harreld of Warsaw, was born and passed away on at 3:19 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, 2014, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

She is survived by her brother: Hudson Harreld, at home; maternal grandparents: Steven and JoLynn Hopper, Warsaw; paternal grandparents: Clelda Benning, Warsaw; maternal great-grandparents: Beverly Hopper, Warsaw; Jim Reed, Warsaw; as well as many other loving family members.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Ronald Harreld; and her sister: Hope Nicole Harreld.

Private graveside services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw, and officiated by E.J. Underwood
