Carol Parker, 66, of Plymouth, passed away at 2:41 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Carol was born on Aug. 23, 1948, in Detroit, Mich., to Leo and Violet (Cook) Wesolowski. Roger Parker and Carol were married on Feb. 22, 1969. T

hey moved to Plymouth in 1983. Carol was a nurse and worked at Miller’s Merry Manor in Culver, and then at the Catherine Kasper Life Care Center in Donaldson. She and some of her friends like to visit, “the boats”, for fun. Carol was member of the Blissville Church of The Brethren.

Carol is survived by her husband: Roger Parker; their daughter: Amy (Brian) Norris, Plymouth; their sons: David Parker, Walkerton; and Jason (Olivia) Parker, South Bend; and 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Leon and Mike Wesolowski.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at Blissville Church of the Brethren. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at the church with Rev. Brandon Schadek officiating. Burial will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements will be held at Van Gilder Funeral Home.
