Matthew Benjamin Clemens, stillborn, of Warsaw, passed away at 12:49 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, in DuPont Hospital, Fort Wayne.

On Oct. 26, 2014, he was born in Fort Wayne to Adam M. and Megan L. (Beck) Clemens.

He is survived by his parents; a twin brother: Parker; two sisters: Alli and Caroline at home; maternal grandparents: Gary and Jackie Beck, North Manchester; and paternal grandparents: George and Mary Clemens, Warsaw.

Private services will be held with Marcus Lowe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
