Dorothy A. Keim, 85, of Syracuse, passed away on Oct. 28, 2014, at her home.
She was born on Nov. 20, 1928, in Porter, to Reverend Vernon and Edith (Garpow) Palmer. On Aug. 14, 1955, she married Lemoine Keim, who survives.
She was a Syracuse resident since 1958. She was a data processing manager for Da-lite Screen, retiring in 1993. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Syracuse.
She is survived by her husband; two sons: Steve Keim, Syracuse; Dave (Kelly) Keim, Clifton Park, N.Y.; daughter: Lori (Bill) Dixon, Syracuse; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded by two sisters: Edith ‘Dee’ Hoover; and Verna Messenger.
Visitation will from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, at the Calvary United Methodist Church with Pastor David Henry officiating. Burial will follow at the Syracuse cemetery.
