Marie Mae Stark, 87, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 6:03 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
She was born Nov. 25, 1926, in Claypool, to Lawrence E. and Alice May (Cunningham) Warner. On Dec. 12, 1953, in Converse, she was united in marriage to William Arnold Stark I who preceded her. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a daughter: Betty (Billy H.) Poe, Warsaw; sons: William Arnold ‘Billy’ Stark II, Warsaw; Herman ‘Wade’ Stark, Peru; a sister: Betty Joann Bryerer, Claypool; brothers: John Arthur (Linda) Warner, Anderson; and Eugene Lee (Sherie) Warner, Claypool; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren;
She was preceded in death by a brother: Robert ‘Bob’ Warner.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22, with Pastor Carol Zumwalt officiating. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
