SYRACUSE – The Lakeland Youth Center in Syracuse is accepting registrations for its summer golf program. Registration is open to children entering third through eighth grade for the fall of 2014.

The program is designed to teach children the basics and etiquette of golf, which includes practice, skills workshops and a tournament day. The program will allow exposure at South Shore Golf Club, Wawasee Golf Club, Maxwelton Golf Club as well as the North Webster driving range.

Cost for the program is $30 for third and fourth graders playing five holes, $40 for fifth and sixth graders playing seven holes, and $50 for seventh and eighth graders playing nine holes. A $10 discount is given for each sibling. Registration ends Friday, May 23.
