Beulah L. MilliserBeulah L. Milliser, 99, of Rochester, Ind., passed away at 4:58 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 16, at Life Care Center in Rochester.

On June 26, 1915, Beulah was born in Leiters Ford to Harley and Clara E. Bitterling Guise. As one of six children she shared her childhood with three sisters and two brothers. In 1933 she graduated from Leiters Ford High School. She was a lifetime Fulton County resident.

Beulah and Hurshell Milliser were married on March 28, 1937, in Leiters Ford. They shared 43 years of life’s adventures. He passed away on Aug. 9, 1980.

Beulah was a homemaker. In her free time she enjoyed reading love stories. The newspaper was read every day from front to back until her eyesight failed. As a member of the St. John Lutheran Church, she was very active in the Ladies Aid.

Beulah will be lovingly remembered by her daughter: Carolyn Saltsgiver, Franklin, Tenn.; two granddaughters: Jina (Scott) Scinta, Louisville, Ky. and Jane (Anthony) Kron, Nashville, Tenn.; four great grandchildren: Parker Scott Scinta, Franklin Blaine Scinta, Ashley Morgan Musgrove, Maxwell Benton Kron; a sister: Betty Jane Strong, Rochester; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Beulah in death are her parents, husband, two sisters: Joanne Tuley, Wiletta Wilson and two brothers: Curtis Guise and Milo Guise.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, and noon to 1 p.m., Sunday, October 19, at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W 18th Street Rochester, IN 46975. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 19, and Good Family Funeral Home.

Pastor Herbert Gerken will officiate services. Interment will be in the Bruce Lake Cemetery.
