Riders Invited To Ride ‘Miles For Myles’

Two-year-old Myles Bartley was born with non-functioning kidneys and has been on Peritoneal Dialysis since he was 2 weeks old. In just weeks, he will undergo a surgery that will hopefully change his life forever.
Myles will be undergoing a kidney transplant. A paternal aunt is a perfect match for the transplant and has agreed to donate a kidney for her young nephew. The odds of finding a perfect match are highly uncommon, and the surgery will be very expensive.
A benefit motorcycle ride is being held Saturday, May 24, in help the Bartley family celebrate Myles’ life and raise money for his new beginning.
Registration for the event, called Miles for Myles, will begin at 11 a.m. at Center Lake Pavilion in Warsaw. The ride will leave the pavilion at noon. A benefit party will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the American Legion in the upstairs area and children are welcome to attend. Refreshments and food will be provided as well as a raffle, auction and bake sale. Raffle items are being provided by local businesses.
