David J. Phelps, 207 5th Street, Winona Lake, and Peter Christos, 502 Chestnut Ave., Winona Lake, have both filed a Declaration of Candidacy for the position of Winona Lake Town Council (Ward 1), in the upcoming Republican Caucus on 7 p.m. Monday, May 12.

The deadline for filing a Declaration of Candidacy with me is 7 p.m. Friday, May 9.
