Bonnie J. Richardson, 79, of Warsaw, Ind, passed away at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Ind.
She was born on April 6, 1935, in Fulton, Ind., to Floyd Overmyer and Orpha (Abbott) Overmyer. She was married to Ernest ‘Orville’ Richardson to Nov. 15, 1953, Warsaw.
Bonnie lived most of her life in Warsaw. She worked for Kimble Glass; distributor of Viviane Woodard Cosmetics. Bonnie attended Raven-Croft Beauty College and became a licensed manicurist. She was the originator of the Warsaw Girls Club and was its director for many years. She was a study hall monitor at the Warsaw Freshman High School. She was a member of LifeChurchTV.com and truly a loving mother who never met a stranger. She continuously prayed for her family and always reminded them of how blessed they are.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters: Lisa (Robert) Wehrly, Warsaw; Cynthia (Robert) Edinger, Hoytville, Ohio; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers: Ronald Overmyer, Warsaw; Doug Overmyer, Warsaw; sister-in-Law: Betty Overmyer; brother-in-Law: Robert Walters.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Forrest Overmyer; and a sister: Patricia Walters.
There will be no visitation and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
